How BEWARE handles your information. Last updated August 5, 2026.
Beware Productions and Beware Presents (“BEWARE,” “we,” “us”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use beware.net (the “Site”). The Site is intended for a U.S. audience.
Information you give us: your name, email, phone, company, event details, and anything else you enter in our forms or send us — through contact, quote, onboarding, or email-list signups.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and usage data, through standard server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
We use information to respond to inquiries and provide our services; to send emails you’ve requested; to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our business; to enforce our terms and protect our rights; to comply with law; and for any other purpose disclosed to you or to which you consent.
If you join our list, we’ll email you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing i@beware.net.
We use only the minimal cookies and local storage needed to operate the Site (for example, to keep an admin session and to remember that you’ve dismissed our cookie notice). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When you first visit, we show a brief cookie notice; you can also block cookies in your browser if you prefer.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes — we never provide it to advertisers or data brokers. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers (such as website hosting, form delivery, and email) solely to operate the Site and respond to you; they may access your information only as needed to perform those services for us and for no other purpose. We will disclose information only where required by law or to protect our legal rights, or transfer it as part of a merger or sale of our business.
We keep information for as long as we deem necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you provide information at your own risk.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails, by emailing i@beware.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, which we will honor to the extent they apply to us.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to third-party sites (such as ticketing platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this policy at any time in our sole discretion. Changes are effective when posted, with the “last updated” date revised above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the current policy.
